Services for young people

We work with young people between the ages of 14-25 who want to develop their social confidence and feel more connected around others.

Roadmapping

Start here! Our Roadmapping sessions are the initial meeting for a young person with one of our therapists. Together, we’ll map out what supports and steps will help you towards doing what’s important to you. We can also discuss your interest in our groups.

We focus on social confidence and connection, because we believe that authentic, healthy relationships are critical to the wellbeing of young people.

How We’re Different

We’re not a traditional “social skills” program.

Instead of teaching rules about how to socialise, we support young people to build their confidence by participating in real-life meaningful group experiences that focus on connection.

We understand that many young people have had difficult social experiences that can impact confidence and mental health. Our individual and group therapy is trauma-informed, inclusive and neuroaffirming, and delivered by senior occupational therapists with significant mental health practice experience.

We offer a free, no-obligation phone consultation so you can speak with one of our therapists, explore your needs and see whether we’re the right fit for you/your young person.
