Hi, I’m Rebecca!

Clinical Experience

Rebecca has been working as an occupational therapist in mental health settings since 2016. Her experience has primarily been with teenagers and young adults facing challenges with mood, relationships, emotional intensity, and unusual or distressing experiences that can make day to day life feel difficult.

Alongside her clinical work, Rebecca has supported early career occupational therapists through a number of teaching and training roles. She also currently works as a senior clinician in an early psychosis program within a public mental health service where she continues to support young people experiencing complex mental health difficulties.

She values authenticity, patience, and humour in her work, and aims to create an environment where people feel comfortable being themselves. She is particularly interested in how mental health can affect everyday life, relationships and the things that matter to people.

Rebecca is available for 1:1 work on Mondays and Thursdays at Balam Balam Place.
